Bio
I am a very passionate film Director and Writer just graduated from the University of Southern California, School of Cinematic Arts Graduate School. I previously obtained my BA in Film Practice at the University of Arts, London. Based in Los Angeles and Milano, I speak Italian, English and conversational Spanish.
I have been writing and directing short films since I was 12 years old. Two years ago my short film "Upside Town" won the Platinum Award at the International FIlm Festival for Woman, Social Issues and Zero Discrimination and was officially selected and screened at the Los Angeles Diversity Film Festival.
My latest shorts, produced within USC, "Blue Flamer" and "Mommy's Girl" and screenplay "Pizza Dealer" are currently competing in the festivals circuit.
I feel drawn to projects that have high entertainment value but also challenge the audience to reflect on social issues.
Some of my favorite films include Memento, Lord of the Rings, ExistenZ, The Fifth Element, District 9, Idiocracy, Strange Days, Land of the Living Dead and Pan’s Labyrinth.
